Import/Export Feature

CARE connects directly to your Moodle courses to export users and submissions, import them to the CARE and publish review links.

Import data from Moodle

Pull student assignment submissions from Moodle into CARE with a single workflow. Select a Moodle assignment, preview available submissions, optionally apply a validation schema to check required files, then import — with clear error reporting for any failures

User Import. Connect to any Moodle course and bulk import enrolled participants. CARE automatically fetches user profiles, detects duplicates against existing accounts.

Submission Import Select a Moodle assignment and pull student submissions into CARE. Preview available files, optionally apply a validation schema to ensure each submission contains the required documents, then import in bulk. Clear result summaries show how many succeeded, with downloadable error reports for any failures.

Export data from CARE

CARE makes it easy to extract your work. Export user lists, review assignments, annotations, and analysis results in standard formats for reporting, grading, or further processing.

User & Credential Export

Download the full user list as CSV, including roles and account details. After bulk user creation, export generated credentials (username + initial password) for distribution or record-keeping.

Review Link Publishing

When peer review sessions are ready, publish review links in two ways: download a structured CSV containing reviewer info, session links, and submission details — or push links directly to a Moodle assignment via API. Supports grouping by study or by session, with customizable message templates.

Annotation & Results

Export all annotations created across documents as CSV files. Questionnaire and survey responses can be exported in both CSV and JSON formats for data analysis. Review lists are also exportable for comprehensive reporting.
